ANNOUNCEMENT
Management changes
"Marfin Investment Group Holdings S.A." ("the Company") hereby announces, according to current legislation, the following:
- Mr. Panagiotis Throuvalas tendered his resignation from his office as Chairman - Executive Member of the Board of Directors of the Company. The Board of Directors elected Mr. Petros Katsoulas (to date Independent Non-Executive Member of the Board of Directors) as new Chairman - Non-Executive Member of the Board of Directors and Mr. Georgios Efstratiadis as new Chief Executive Officer of the Company.
- Independent Non-Executive Member Mr. Stefanos Capsaskis was elected as new Member of the Company's Audit Committee in replacement of Mr. Petros Katsoulas who resigned.
