Disclosure of Regulated Information
"MIG HOLDINGS S.A." (hereinafter "the Issuer") hereby announces, in accordance with current legislation, that the following persons discharging managerial responsibilities in the Issuer notified to the Capital Market Commission and the Issuer that on 27/04/2023 they proceeded to the OTC transfer of shares owned by them to "Piraeus Bank S.A.", as a consequence of the acceptance of the mandatory tender offer submitted by "Piraeus Bank S.A." on 09/02/2023 towards the shareholders of the Issuer, as follows:
- The Issuer's Chief Executive Officer Mr. Georgios Efstratiadis tendered 620,010 shares for a total consideration of € €134,542.17.

The Issuer's Independent Non-Executive Member of the Board of Directors and Member of the Audit Committee Mr. Efstratios Chatzigiannis tendered
450,000 shares for a total consideration of €97,650.00. - The Issuer's Corporate Secretary and Legal Counsel Mr. Fotios Karatzenis tendered 45,000 shares for a total consideration of €9,765.00.
