DISCLOSURE OF REGULATED INFORMATION

"MIG HOLDINGS S.A." (hereinafter "the Issuer") hereby announces, pursuant to current legislation, that on 21.4.2023 companies "Ratio Holding Ltd" and Mrs. Despoina Iliopoulou, "Multiway Investments Ltd" and Mr. Antonis Cleanthous, Mr. Ilias Bezas and Mr. Georgios Kanellopoulos submitted to the Issuer their notification forms (numbering 6 in total) dated 20.4.2023 concerning changes in voting rights in the Issuer, wherein the following information was contained:

Reason for the notification: Concerted exercise of voting rights, as per article 10 (a) of Law 3556/2007

Details of the persons and undertakings subject to the notification obligation: "Ratio Holding Ltd", Despoina Iliopoulou, "Multiway Investments Ltd", Antonis Cleanthous, Ilias Bezas and Georgios Kanellopoulos

Details of shareholders: "Warrior Shipping Ltd", "Multiway Investments Ltd", Mr. Ilias Bezas and Mr. Georgios Kanellopoulos

Additional Information:

The notifications are submitted due to the fact that the persons and undertakings subject to the notification obligation entered into an oral agreement, on the basis of which they shall act in concert regarding the exercise of their voting rights of a total percentage of 5.60%, as mentioned in detail above for each of them, according to article 10 (a) of Law 3556/2007.
