ANNOUNCEMENT
CHANGE OF CORPORATE NAME AND DISTINCTIVE TITLE
The Company hereby announces that on 6.2.2023 the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company's shareholders, among other things, decided to change its name to "MIG HOLDINGS S.A." and its distinctive title to "MIG".
The name of the Company in the English language shall be "MIG HOLDINGS S.A." and its distinctive title "MIG".
On 10.3.2023, the decision of the Ministry of Development and Investments, which approved the amendment of the relevant article 1 with protocol number 2901966 ΑΠ/10.3.2023, was registered in the General Commercial Register (G.E.MH.) with Registration Code Number 3496769.
The Corporate Actions Committee of Athens Exchange was informed about the above decision at its meeting of 16.3.2023.
Following the above, by virtue of a decision of the Company it is stipulated that as of 20.3.2023, the name and distinctive title of the Company on the Athens Exchange is "MIG HOLDINGS S.A." and its distinctive title "MIG".
