Financial Calendar for 2023
Pursuant to paragraph 4.1.3.15.1 of the Athens Exchange Rulebook, "MARFIN INVESTMENT GROUP HOLDINGS S.A." (the Company") hereby announces its Financial Calendar for 2023:
The annual financial statements of the Company for the financial year 2022 will be announced at the website of HELEX (www.helex.gr) and at the Company's website (www.marfininvestmentgroup.com) on Thursday 30 March 2023, according to current legislation. The date of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders will be determined by a new announcement of the Company.
