Deferment of the Re-iterative Extraordinary General Meeting of the
Shareholders of 13/02/2023
"MARFIN INVESTMENT GROUP HOLDINGS S.A." (hereinafter "the Company") hereby announces that today's Re-iterative Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders was duly attended by 36 shareholders representing 397,608,761 shares, i.e. 42.32% of the Company's share capital.
Following a request from shareholder "Warrior Shipping Ltd", representing more than 1/20 of the Company's paid up share capital, which was submitted after the beginning of deliberation on the first Agenda item, the decision-making on said item was deferred, pursuant to article 141 para. 5 of law 4548/2018, for Friday 03/03/2023 at 6 PM at the same premises. The deliberation and decision-making on the other two Agenda items was also deferred for the same date and time.
According to current legislation, shareholders may participate in the postponed Reiterative Extraordinary General Meeting on the basis of the same record date (01/02/2023).
