Constitution of the Board of Directors
"MARFIN INVESTMENT GROUP HOLDINGS S.A." hereby announces that the Board of Directors elected by the Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders held on 22.6.2022 was constituted as follows:
- Petros Katsoulas, Chairman - Independent Non-Executive Member,
- Georgios Efstratiadis, CΕO-Executive Member,
- Stavroula Markouli, Executive Member,
- Loukas Papazoglou, Non‐Executive Member,
- Konstantinos Galiatsos,Independent Non-Executive Member,
- Stefanos Capsaskis, Independent Non-Executive Member, and
- Efstratios Chatzigiannis, Independent Non‐Executive Member
After the constitution of the Board of Directors, the Board of Directors elected the members of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee as follows:
- Konstantinos Galiatsos,
- Stefanos Capsaskis, and
- Loukas Papazoglou.
