ANNOUNCEMENT
REJECTION OF THE REQUESTS OF MINORITY SHAREHOLDERS FOR THE
ISSUANCE OF INTERIM ORDERS
THE RE-ITERATIVE GENERAL MEETING, UPON POSTPONEMENT, WILL
TAKE PLACE ORDINARILY TODAY
Further to its Announcement dated 2.3.2023, "MARFIN INVESTMENT GROUP HOLDINGS S.A." (hereinafter "the Company") hereby announces that the President of Service of the Athens One-Membered Court of First Instance rejected today the requests for the issuance of interim orders, which were included in an Application for Interim Measures and an Application for Extraordinary Audit filed against the Company by minority shareholders, including a company controlled by Despoina Iliopoulou, who acting in concert represent a total percentage of 12.99% of the voting rights of the Company.
It is hereby reminded that the requests for interim orders referred, inter alia, to the suspension of today's Re-iterative General Meeting, which will eventually take place ordinarily as scheduled, following the rejection of the requests.
