"MARFIN INVESTMENT GROUP HOLDINGS S.A." (hereinafter "MIG") hereby announces, according to current legislation, that Mr. Efstratios Chatzigiannis, Independent Non-Executive Member in MIG's Board of Directors, notified MIG that, on January 26, 2022, he acquired 160,000 MIG shares on Exchange at a total price of EUR 5,267.52 (before commissions and expenses).
