"MARFIN INVESTMENT GROUP HOLDINGS S.A." (hereinafter "MIG") hereby announces, according to current legislation, that Mr. Efstratios Chatzigiannis, Independent Non‐Executive Member in MIG's Board of Directors, notified MIG that, on January 21, 2022, he acquired 150,000 MIG shares on Exchange at a total price of EUR 5,372.70 (before commissions and expenses).
