"MARFIN INVESTMENT GROUP HOLDINGS S.A." (hereinafter "MIG") hereby announces, according to current legislation, that Mr. Petros Katsoulas, Chairman - Independent Non-Executive Member in MIG's Board of Directors, notified MIG that, on January 17, 2023, he acquired 600,000 MIG shares on Exchange at a total price of EUR 21,596.43 (before commissions and expenses).
