Financial Calendar for 2021
Pursuant to paragraph 4.1.3.15.1 of the Athens Exchange Rulebook, "MARFIN INVESTMENT GROUP HOLDINGS S.A." (the Company") hereby announces its Financial Calendar for 2021:
The annual financial statements of the Company for the financial year 2020 will be announced at the website of HELEX (www.helex.gr) and at the Company's website (www.marfininvestmentgroup.com) on Holy Thursday 29 April 2021, after the closing of the trading session, according to current legislation. The date of briefing of the analysts with regard to the annual financial results of the Company and the date of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders will be determined by a new announcement of the Company.
